I am Anand and I am basically from India. I am working here in Belgium as a senior java developer. Before Belgium I was working in India. I have total 8 years of experience into software development.
How long ago did you move to Belgium?
I moved to Belgium almost a year ago. I arrive Belgium on 15th September. Was is an easy decision for you to relocate?No, For me it was really a tough decision. my entire family is in India and I moved here only with my wife.
What was your biggest surprise / problem about the new country?
Yes, everything was cold. In India I was used to a fast pace life here things are slow but systematic.
How have you changed since you joined Dynamix?
I can’t thanks enough to Dynamix for the opportunities it has unfolded for me. It boosted my confidence.
What have you learned / achieved with Dynamix and what else would you like to achieve?
I learnt self believe , pro activeness, try to be updated as per market demands.

My most memorable team building was bowling with my colleagues. it was fun.

My name is Sahil and I’m a Senior Software Engineer. For the past several years I have worked in IT industry in different domains like Telecom, Finance, Banking etc.I enjoy playing Cricket, Gyming , Cycling and listening to music.
How long ago did you move to Belgium?
Its more than a year now.
Was is an easy decision for you to relocate?
Its never easy to leave your own country where you are born and brought up but knowing that i am getting relocated to Belgium, it was very quick for a YES.
Do you remember your first months here? What was your biggest surprise / problem about the new country?
Yes i do remember.
Being an immigrant everything was quite smooth except i faced some problems, not big though, in finding house as i came across language barrier. Most of the landlords speak in French or Dutch here, so had to go through an agency to find a house but it was smooth.
For the positive part, there is a long list but i will mention a few like enjoying new culture, new food, new friends etc.
How have you changed since you joined Dynamix?
Indeed. Now i have clear career goals and groomed myself as a better team player.
What have you learned / achieved with Dynamix and what else would you like to achieve?
Dynamix has helped me to improve my communication skills over the period of time. i have met many new challenges while working with Dynamix and that has improved my perspective of seeing things in a broader picture. All in all i like the fact is that Dynamix beleive in long term association with the employees or should i say « The Dynamix Family ». Evrybody in Dynamix work as a team/family and willing to help each other.
Tell us about the most memorable team-building you’ve had at Dynamix.
It was chocolate making session in Brussels, i really loved the event and even learnt how to make chocolate 🙂
